just for the record in Budapest:

VODAFONE (cable):
300/20 = EUR 12
500/22 = EUR 15
1000/40 = EUR 20

DIGI (FTTH):
1000/300 = EUR 8

sadly DIGI is only available in 30% of the city (happily in the office we have coverage, so the BBS runs on gigabit ;) ), vodafone is almost everywhere.
