Defintely fishy indeed...

The IPv4 link local address is wrong, no argument. These nodes should be listed with the INO4 flag and the A record with the ll address should be removed.

That is my suspicion too,, but I can not prove it. (yet)

 NC> And so net 134 isn't a real net, just a "hobby project" of the Host.

It does look that way...
