There is something fishy going on. I did a little bit of investigation on the hostnames in this net:

So besides the host, of the 4 other nodes, 2 Present an IPv4 cloud address at the same cloud provider. And the 2 others present an illegal link local address.
And given the IPv6 address, I suspect those 4 aren't real nodes. And so net 134 isn't a real net, just a "hobby project" of the Host.
