It certainly is remarkable. The host name of 1:288/100 does not resolve, so he is probably gone. I would not be suprised is net 288 will be emoved. Of the other two orphaned nets, only 1:299/6 and 1:300/4 answer.  So 1:300/5 is probably gone as well.

Not much remains of Region 14. My suggestion would be to disband it and move the remaining nets/nodes to R13. R13 has an active RC.
