9600 baud where 300 is sufficient (like the other nodes in the net).

All 9999 test nodes in R14 have been removed.

Net 290 has been removed (it already was empty).

In R14 the state names in the host lines have been changed to their 2 letter abbreviations.

None of these have the IBN flag (But the NC is TJ Barlow).
The first 2 give a binkp connect on the binkp port with Binkd/Win32 and Binkit.
The third gives a connection refused on the binkp port, and a synchronet bbs presents a login screen on the telnet port.

The Z2PNT list has grown by 4 points this week. 2 In R24 and 2 in R50 !
