Down node 2:463/407 was removed. That could have been an oportunity to update another node in net 463:

Maybe it's a temporary problem. The last time I checked this node in May this year it was ok.

New host name for Host and node in net 371. Also a new IBN port number for the Host, and the IVM flag added for the node.
Connect ok with: binkd/1.1a-115/Linux (2:371/0) and binkd/1.1a-115/OS2 (2:371/52)
For 2:371/52 there is "Xenia Mailer 1.99.00 OS/2" responding on the ITN port, and a tcp/ip connect on the IVM port. I can't test the protocols
