I think that an NC who doesn't notice a non-connectable node in a month is not doing the job properly, beyond any doubt. I originally read that as *all* the nodes were only there on paper. Sure, any remaining nodes would need to be migrated. Agreed that sometimes that can be tricky, but it's not impossible. My whole point in all of this is that MONTHS or even YEARS of this dragging on is way too long, and people should be held more accountable when they don't do their jobs. ....
