A month might not be realistic in the current state of Fidonet. But half year or eaven a year is. The problem might be who is going to keep track of that, and enforce things to happen.

Just removing is not enough, if there are a few remaining nodes, they need to be coached to another net. Someone needs to be found who can do that.
