It's not a job, it's a hobby and they are volunteers. But if they show no interest at all at participating in a meaning full way in this hobby for a longer period of time, something should be done. It benefits no one if a majority of nodes in a net or region are only there on paper. Nick removed a few RC's in the past that were not functioning. So it can be done...
