Node 1:135/205 was removed

Nodes: 4:80/0 4:80/1 4:801/0 changed IBN:fido.rbt.net.br to IBN:35.192.92.175
The host name still resolves to the same IPv4 address, so I don't know why this was changed. But connections still work, so...

Node 4:801/189 is no longer Hold.
