This is 466/88. Net 466 is dead. The host and all all the other non Pvt nodes give a timeout on an attempt to connect.

This is 469/335. Net 469 is Moldova. It is almost dead. An attempt to dial the POTS nodes results in a recording that roughly translates into: this number is not in use". From the binkp nodes only 469/122 responds with connect.
