New ZINS in R19:

I'm getting 'Connection refused' on the binkp port. There is a timeout on the ITN port.

Connect with BinkIT/2.41,JSBinkP/4,sbbs3.21a/Linux. The XA flag should be XW for a synchronet system (if tickit is configured).

The IFC:60179 flag is fixed to IFC (without the default port), for 2:291/0 10 1 and 111.

Node 2:5000/83 is changed from Hold to Down status.

Node 2:5010/278 is no longer Hold. (See last weeks report)
