The second one is in net 4624. Attempts to connect to the IP nodes in net 4624 result in a time out. Dialling the numbers of the POTS nodes results in a message to the effect of "this number is not in use". Net 4624 is dead. Has been for a long time. It should be removed from the nodelist.
