New node in net 5031:

Connect with binkd/1.1a-115/Linux

Node 77 in the same net was put on Hold.

Node 35 in net 5066 was put on Hold. I get a binkp connection with Argus/3.205a/NT/

Node 330 in net 770 is no longer down. Connect with: BinkIT/2.39,JSBinkP/1.123,sbbs3.18b/Win32
