Got the IBN flag removed!? Links/nodes of this system who use the nodelist, now got a problem.

New node in net 275:

Connect with: BinkIT/2.41,JSBinkP/4,sbbs3.20d/Win32

In net 342, the CM flags for 4 nodes were moved more to the front, of the flags.
5 Nodes still have 33600 baudrate where it should be 300.

Node 2:292/2226 was removed (see other message).

In net 5021:
Pvt,19,CaveMan,Tver,Vlad_Pluzhnikov,-Unpublished-,300,MO,U,ENC
This entry got fixed: 9600 -> 300, and modem flags removed. The MO flag for a Pvt node seems irrelevant to me.
