Yes, every flag after the baudrate, regarding connecting can be removed.

But you should ask yourself if they should be in the nodelist at all, maybe a point number is better for them.
You should read paragraph 2.1.9 of https://www.fidonet.org/policy4.txt regarding this.

And /0 nodes (Region and Host entries) can't be Pvt!
