It works but it is slow. Apparently 5020/601 does not follow FTS.5001.006 that mentions checking for new mail at least once an hour for "CM" e-mail nodes.

No reply from the "crash" ping yet...

Maybe the protocols do not match. 5020/601 only carries the IEM flag, but there is no accompanying protocol flag such as ITX, IUC, IMI, ISE or EVY.

As an aside: note that although the ping was explicitly routed via 50/0, that systems uses his AKA 5020/715 in the VIA line.
