I'm not familiar with the technical standards of those modem flags, and if this is true.

.... doesn't define them in the redundant section.

Maybe ERRFLAGS.ZC2 should be updated with what is in FTS-5001 about these redundancies. But that is upto Ward.

V22B is not specificly mentioned in the footer of the nodelist (nor in FTS-5001), but there is this:

You are correct, but Errflags doesn't currently check/correct for this.
