Yes, I suppose we are. But there are limits as to how far I am willing to go. I got rid of my ASR 33 teletype 25 years ago. That era is closed. Same for most of my collection of analog telephones with a rotary dial. History. Emulating a POTS environment to run Fidonet over modem is a bridge too far for me as well...
