That is an Iv6 only node. If that works, but incoming IPv6 does not the firewall would be the usual susptect. Nearly all IPv6 firewalls block all unsolicited incoming packets by default. You have to create a pinhole for port 24554. Creating a pinhole is the IPv6 "equivalent" of an IPv4 port forward.
