In net 128, node 206, got an INA: and IBN flag added.

PS: Although this node has a different sysop (Brian_Killough), the IP number is in the same 47.49.255.0/27 range as other nodes of the host mr Barlow.

Node 1:128/253 of mr Barlow has a new hostname: alpha.sb-discovery.com = 47.49.255.10
