  W = 2200
TDF

  F = 0500

Looks OK to me. But there is a half hour overlap with Z2 ZMH:

Zone 2 mail hour (02:30 - 03:30 UTC)

But I suppose that is OK. As long as the node is available from 0230 to 0500 (UTC).
