Hi All,

In Z1, ZIN's 100 and 123 by Ozz Nixon were removed.

In net 128 nodes 252 and 253 are no longer marked Down. I get a 'Connection timed out' on both.

And a new node:
,263,Deadbeatz_BBS,Albuquerque_NM,Tim_Blada,-Unpublished-,9600,CM,INA:deadbeatz.org:IBN
Also a 'Connection timed out'. And it shows the same error ':IBN' instead of ',IBN' as node 260. And 9600 should be 300.

New node in net 5020:
,1067,SerZ_Soft,Moscow,Serge_Zakharov,-Unpublished-,300,MO,CM,IMI,IEM:zss1067@yandex.ru
Not tested.
