Hello Wilfred,

The opposite, an incorrect, or at least implausible "300" can also happen. I could not help noticing this:

Does he really have a 300 Bd modem? If so he will not get any calls from properly configured system as since the introduction of ISDN only nodes "300" is used to signal "do no attempt to call by PSTN".

An attempt to call: "the number you have used is no longer in service".

Looking further:

Dale Barnes is also listed as 1:220/60, 1:106/0 and 1:106/201. All these are listed as "-Unpublished-".

And also:

Attempting to conect to 1:220/60: No such AKA.
