If you use a geographical map, it becomes clear that the city of Sumy is located at a much greater distance from the Ukrainian war zone than the city of Simferopol in Crimea.

Is this permit me to post in the nodelist information about nodes that have not responded for a long time in the hope that they will someday return?

Should we give the same permission to region 40?

Is a nodelist a technical document containing reliable information for communicating with nodes?
