This is a new one from NlCheck.

This one is not reported by NlCheck but copied verbatim from the nodelist. The error comes from MakeNl.

What was probably meant was to pre-enter a returning node with a comment line. A node that is not ready yet. 250/15 used to be listed with a different host name. A attempt to connect to starbugbbs.com results in a time out.
