I believe many NCs/RCs believe that the ITN flag means the *BBS* is 
reachable via telnet.  Unless I'm mistaken it means that there is a 
*MAILER* there answering on a telnet port, which is quite uncommon.

Very commonly mis-used flag in the nodelist.  :-(
