В FTS-5001 ссылаются на FRL-1017, который гласит:

               This flag may only be used in combination with one or

               addition to the ICM flag, those other flags are
               assumed to only apply to PSTN connects.

Что из перечисленного противоречит текущему состоянию нодлиста? Кроме того, в
лохматые годы в верхах была трактовка CM как "круглосуточного ZMH", то есть
узел с этим флагом могли вынести за недержание даже если он исправно работал в
ZMH, но не работал в другое время. е знаю, сохранилась ли такая трактовка
сейчас, но для ICM такого точно не было.
