In the last couple of days there was an update in net 5020:

,806,Elinora_Station,Shchyolkovo,Sergey_Dorozhkin,-Unpublished-,9600,XW,MO,ICM,ITN:60177,IFC:60179,IBN:24554,INA:93.123.250.176

It had 300 before, and no specification for the IBN (default) port!. The (default) port for IFC was already there... :-(
