Confirmed.

Note that the MO flag that was present when he was still Pvt is gone now.

Is there a BBS? I have not been able to connect to it.

Maybe the IC should configure his errflags to not only reject the CM flag when the node is Pvt, but also reject the MO flag.

Not that in net 6078 there are more nodes that have 9600 liosted as thet speed. Maybe errflags should be updated to have the option of only allowing 300 when field 6 is "-Unpublished-".
