The "9600" is wrong. According to FTS-5000 p 5.3. field 7:

     Systems without a listed PSTN line must use 300, including ISDN
     and IP only nodes.

The "MO" flag is irrelevant. The knowledge that a Pvt node does not have a BBS is of no use to whoever or whatever uses the nodelist.
