Hi All,

In R11 4 Down nodes in 3 nets were removed.
Net 2320 was moved to the back of the segment, so the nets are now in numerical order.
All nodes (except 1:299/6) in the former R14 nets are now marked as Down.

The Region,14 entry was removed.

Region 15 was cleaned up a bit. Some (redundant) flags were removed. 12 Nodes were put on Down.
The work is not done though. Lots of issues remain:

Connect with binkd/1.1a-115/Linux.

In net 135, node 371,Decker's_Heaven,Gainesville_FL,Eric_Renfro was put on Hold.
I can connect fine with this node, however it still lists 1:135/0 as one of its AKAs.
Node 395 is no longer marked as Down. The IPv6 connect gives an error. The IPv4 connects ok with: BinkIT/2.41,JSBinkP/4,sbbs3.20a/Linux.

"New" node in net 250 (was removed last week):

Connect with Mystic/1.12A47

Last week a connect with new node 2:250/15 didn't work. This week I get a connect with BinkIT/2.41,JSBinkP/4,sbbs3.19b/Win32 (on the default IBN poort)..

Earlier this week on Monday and Tuesday, connects did work. On monday the IPv4 was different: 82.147.187.151. So maybe it's a dynamic IP host name update problem?
