It's in the process of being backed up and retired, and is not actually 
doing any Hub duties (or anything else) any longer.  Doesn't need to be 
in the nodelist any more.

That sysop is working on hardware issues (motherboard replacement), and 
it is indeed taking a while, but is expected to come back online before 
too much longer, from what he tells me.  Your call on the IPv6 list.
