Hi All,

Nets 282, 288, 298, 299, and 300 are moved from R14 to R11. Region 14 is now empty, and changed to what you see below. In the Z2/IC issued list there are no changes yet to these nets. In the Z1 version most nodes are marked as Down, and the RC is now the interim host for these nets.

In net 135, hub 300 was removed. The single node 371 below the hub was moved up in the net.
Node 395 was changed from Hold to Down.

When I test net 135, there are 2 nodes with an issue:

1:135/388       peterjschroeder.nsupdate.info:24554     35.136.82.70    Error: Connection refused
1:135/390       pocbbs.duckdns.org:24554        73.28.223.94    Error: Connection timed out

New node in net 250:
,15,Starbug_BBS,Minster_Kent,Mark_Rogers,-Unpublished-,300,CM,XA,INA:starbugbbs.ddns.net,IBN:6800
There is a TCP/IP connect to that port, but no IBN mailer responding.
