I've already tried it earlier this week, and also originating from an American IPv4 address, and got the same result every time.
It seems to be a general block, or the node simply doesn't exist, as is the case with most of the 25 nodelist entries of mister Barlow...

Btw: 25 seems an excesive amount of administrative overhead for only 3 active nodes in Region 15 ...
