"Here" was a camping near Bad Bentheim Germany where I participated in a yearly HAM event. The Wifi on the camping was fine but alas, IPv4 only. In this part of the world (free) WiFi is availalable on many places where people gather. Supermarkets, campings hotels, hospitals, public libraries, you name it. Often open networks but sometimes you need a password. But almost always these networks are IPv4 only. Over the years I have just come across 2 (TWO in writing) of these semi public networks that support IPv6.
