This is not my sombrero, again. I am responsible only for the 460 network and I have no opportunity to influence what is happening in other networks, given the fact that my network is really in a different telephone code. In addition, most of the region's sysops, with the exception of networks 460, 4600 and 469, now have more worries than the "damned hobby" known as Fido. :(
However, Pavel is reading this echo area and highly likely is already taking action on this issue.
