Eventually you will need to learn to accept there is a subset of *Cs who pride themselves in injecting incorrect information in the nodelist and not deal with it mainly in hopes of annoying you.
 
We also need to realize that in certain areas the pickings have become very slim and even the scrapings of the barrel in specific areas cannot provide sufficient quality to sustain this anymore. Sometimes the abilities for upper *Cs to deal with one level lower have become extremely limited ... one cannot just fire someone like that anymore and replace him/her with someone else.
 
Perhaps not everyone is a Dan Clough who tries to fix things.
 
Maybe time to start trying several flavours of honey?
