Ahhh, yes, it does seem to be a firewall issue on his end.  Can't 
directly connect, and he requested his echomail be in a Hold status, as 
he polls a few times a day to get it.

Is that not allowed?  Should he be a "Pvt" node because of that?  Not 
sure.

We've communicated this morning and he expects to be up by tomorrow, so
