Port number added on the wrong flag. On a connect to this port: No such AKA.

Lots of changes in net 135.
All ITN, and most XW flags were removed, which is probably correct.

Problems that still remain:

Changes in net 291
Host,291 now has the NC flag, which is not necessary for the /0 node.
Node 1 was removed, which was the previous NC system (but just an aka for /0).
Hub,111, is now node 111.
Node 10 is now Hub,10.
Node 100 is no longer Pvt. Connect with: Radius/4.010/21.01.2005,13:56(Final-Release)/Win32
