Related to this... What do you think is better:

1. That a new node has already configured the new address before it is published in the nodelist (so his/her NC must have told the node number to the sysop previously)

2. That the sysop waits until the entry appears in the nodelist.

(If 2, we should wait a bit until he/she configures the AKA...)
