 - Changed the way to find the newest nodelist. Now the first line of the
   nodelist with the release date is checked.
 - Added the nodes call time check.
 - Option --ignore added. It lead's to ignoring Hold, Down status and nodes   call time.
 - Config option ZMH added.
 - Auto update option removed as unused.
 - Small fixes.
