New node in net 218:

A connect is possible to this WWIVVER 5.8.0.development (Jan  7 2023, 17:46:02) system, but I get an error:
rerror: Error (NETWORKB-0004): Unable to find common nodes in:  2:280/464@fidonet 39:39/0@amiganet

Net 154 en 227 are back.

In Region 18, the RIN:

Is no longer Down, but I get a timeout.
