Nope, in this case you are misinformed. Fritz!Box's at all support G.711u, which is 64000 kbit, also called 'hd telephonie'. But only newer ones are powerfull enough, to decode/recode G.711u on data streams.

Just for your knowlege-base; X75 over IP works with G.714raw, if both receiver and sender support RFC4040. Because german telekom does support RFC4040 on rtsp raw and G.714raw, X75 is a valid flag with a phonenumber.
