Looking at the R46 nodelist segment it should be obvious that there must be lots of dead wood. Over 100 sysops in a country of 40 million is just to good to be true for 2022. I can't rule out that this particular case is war related, but that R46 needed a good clean up has been the situation for years.

For a couple of weeks now R46 has a new RC. He is obviously cleaning the stable...
