I didn't notice that on my first test, but indeed I get:

2001:1620:70b:0:211:32ff:fec5:3261: Permission denied
And it switches immediately to trying IPv4, which succeeds.

It's a different host name and resolving IPv4 then last week, but apparently that didn't help...
