Some seem to think that ommiting the CM flag is equivalent to a Pvt listing. But of course one still has be on-line during ZMH.

But why - in the age of Fido over IP - would one want to be ZMH only? In the POTS age it made sense, one could use the line for other purposes during the day. But now it just makes thing complicated. One has to make an /effort/ to be ZMH only and I do not see any benefits....

My suspicion is that this is just another example of incompetence...
