Subj : QWK Error

Ok, so when I am like trying to download a QWK packet and it shows that there
are new messages, I am getting the following error:

zip error: Nothing to do! (/data/mystic/localqwk/piBBS.qwk)

ZIP and UNZIP are both installed and all permissions are correct.  The thing
to note is that I even get this message when I attempt to download a QWK
packet for SyncTerm (which I successfully compiled for Raspbian last night
and is available on my websbite).
 
Anyone have any clue as to why this might be happening?
