It was quiet here until Ontario tested their emergency alert system.  I 
always seem to be in my car when these things go off, driving along listening 
to a podcast and then suddenly I'm scared out of my wits and trying not to 
drive into a telephone pole as that gawd-awful noise plays throughout my car.
