The MSGID is created by YOUR system.  It has nothing to do with Robert's
ystem.

Shouldn't matter.  sbbsecho.exe has nothing to do with the BBS other than
tossing mail into the subs. The design of the subs haven't changed from 3.16 to
3.17.  Don't get confused on the version # of two separate programs.
